Brock Davis, President

My name is Brock Davis. I am a junior at Papillion La-Vista South. This will be my third year in SkillsUSA and I will be serving as your SkillsUSA State President. Some activites I am involved in are Football and Powerlifting. Outside of school, I love to fish, spend time with friends, and anything outdoors. I also consider myself an entrepreneur as I run a landscaping company. After high school, I plan on going to a four year college and entering a career in politics. I cannot wait to serve as your President!

Brena Melton, Vice President

Hey guys! I am Brena Melton and I am a senior from North Platte High School. This year I am serving as your State Vice President for the 2023-2024 school year. I am very involved in a lot of extracurriculars such as SkillsUSA,  student council, choir, and the musical. When I’m not spending time with my other extracurriculars I work two jobs, one at a pumpkin patch and the other at Kids Klub. My work with Kids Klub has made me realize I want to pursue a career in teaching. After high school I plan on finishing my associates degree at Mid Plains Community College and then transferring to UNK. Go Lopes! I’m ecstatic to serve you Nebraska as the Vice President and to meet all of y’all at our conferences this year!

Camden Patyk, Historian

My name is Camden Patyk. I’m a junior at Cedar Bluffs Public Schools and I’m the state historian for SkillsUSA Nebraska. I like to do things that help my community like working with youth sports programs such as K-5 football and K-6 baseball. Outside school, I spend a lot of time with my family and enjoy late Target runs with my friends for things we really do not need but get anyways. Overall, I’m super excited to serve as a state officer and for all the fun we’re going to have this year. Hope to see you all soon.
