2025-2026 State Officers

Kinlee Caudy, President
Hello, my name is Kinlee Caudy. I am your SkillsUSA Nebraska State President for the 2025-2026 year. I am a junior at Thayer Central. Outside of SkillsUSA, I am an avid reader and I enjoy spending time long boarding with my friends. I’m also on the speech team and compete in extemporaneous and humorous speech. I plan to join the Air Force and attend college to major in criminal justice and minor in psychology. I’m looking forward to serving you this year as a state officer.
Landan A. Waegli, Vice President

Rebecca Brooks, Secretary
Hello! I’m Rebecca, and I am your 2025-2026 state secretary. I go to Papillion La Vista South High School. At school, I’m a chapter officer for my SkillsUSA chapter, president of the robotics club, and enrolled in the Education Academy. Within the Education Academy, I student-teach all over my district with a focus on Middle School STS and robotics. I am a very avid reader, having over 80 books in my mini library at home. If I’m not reading, you can normally find me at my computer working on projects or playing video games. I’m very excited for this year and can’t wait to see what I can accomplish for you, SkillsUSA Nebraska!
Aiden Degenhardt, Parliamentarian
I am Aiden Degenhardt, and I am very excited to serve as parliamentarian on the 2025-2026 state officer team. Outside of SkillsUSA, I am involved in football, wrestling, student council, choir, and many other activities. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends.

Gladis Rodriguez, Reporter
I’m proud to be an active leader and passionate student, involved in a wide range of activities. I compete in wrestling, cross country, and soccer, and I shine on stage through one-act, speech, musical, and show choir. I’m a dedicated member of the National Honor Society, FFA, SkillsUSA, and 4-H. On top of that, I serve on my school’s Student Council—because why not do it all? I’m excited to capture memories in pictures!
